ElproSys sp. z o.o., a company from the sector of automotive electronics, is currently looking for a candidate for a position of:

President of the Board of Directors / Director

Location: Gliwice

The scope of duties includes:

Management and coordination of the activities carried out by the company

Participation in the formulation of a strategy aimed at the market expansion in Poland and abroad

Care for the image of the company and its proper representation in contacts with contractors

Management of the financial liquidity of the company

Preparation of a budget and supervision over its execution

Preparation of CURRENT reports pertaining to the financial situation of the company

Objectives formulation, supervision over projects being implemented and human resources engaged in them

Management of all maters pertaining to the company administration and personnel

Formulation of work procedures and standards, optimization of costs of activities carried out by the company

Cooperation with key customers in the English language

Candidates to this position are expected to fulfill the following conditions:

1. University degree (M.Sc. in Management or similar)
2. Managerial experience in electronic or automotive industry
3. Experience in effective human resources management
4. At least 5 years' seniority
5. Knowledge of organizational, legal and financial issues
6. Creativity and ability to generate new ventures
7. Very good knowledge of English
8. Good computer skills, including ability to operate the OpenOffice application
9. Driving license (passenger cars)
10. Not being subject to restrictions or prohibitions to fulfill functions of a member of a board of directors in commercial companies, imposed in appropriate legal regulations
11. Full capacity for legal actions
12. Great independence in action, ability to effectively organize the working time
13. Very good communication skills

1. Diploma confirming the graduation for university courses
2. Certificate confirming at least 5 years' seniority

4. Statement concerning the ability to execute full public rights

6. Statement concerning not being subject to restrictions or prohibitions to fulfill functions of a member of a board of directors in commercial companies, imposed in appropriate legal regulations

9. Certificate of good conduct
10. Medical certificate confirming the candidate's ability to fulfill managerial duties
11. Originals or copies of documents confirming the candidate's qualifications (the copies of the documents can be certified by candidates; however, in such a case candidates will be obliged to present the originals or official copies of the documents to the Supervisory Board during an interview; a failure to fulfill this obligation will result in the exclusion from the further recruitment process).
